All fighters taking part in a Contenders Show must adhere to the fight rules, sell tickets for the show and be present and on time when required by the promotion.

 

Every fighter MUST attend the Contenders official weigh-ins and undergo a full fight medical prior to fighting.

WEIGH-INS

​

Contenders Official Weigh-ins will be held at the venue, the day before the main event (normally on a Friday). All fighters MUST attend weigh-ins unless agreed by Contenders.

 

All timings and information will be issued by the promotion the week before the event.

SHOW DAY

​

All fighters are required to attend the venue at the following times:

​

14:00 - 14:30 Medicals
17:00 - 17:30 Rules Talk
17:00 - Doors open
18:00 - First Fight*

COACHES AND CORNERMEN

​

All clubs are allowed 1 coach and 1 cornerman up to 2 fighters. Clubs with 3 or more fighters on the show are allowed 1 extra member of staff at the event. Only 1 coach and 1 corner man permitted cage side per fight.

WALK OUT MUSIC

​

All fighters must ensure their walkout music is handed to AV as soon as they arrive for their medicals.

EVENT TICKETS

 

All fighters are expected to sell a minimum number of tickets. 

 

Fighters will be issued with a personal ticket link. The fighter is expected to share this link on all social media to enable ticket sales. This link tracks the number of tickets sold by the fighter. Commission of 10% is payable on each ticket sold and paid to the fighter via bank transfer after the event.

 

Tickets will be available online until 5pm on event night. After 5pm, tickets can be purchased at the door. Commission is not payable on tickets sold at the door.

EVENT INFORMATION

ID required for this event.

 

• All 16-21 year olds must be accompanied by an adult who is 21+. And ID will be required.

• Dress code is smart.  No torn jeans, trainers, tracksuits.  Trousers and a jacket for the guys and a dress or trousers for the ladies

• There is amble parking at various car parks close to the venue.

• No Food, Drink, Alcohol or Drugs to enter premises and will be confiscated by security.

• Food, Alcoholic and soft drinks will be available at this event.

REFUND POLICY

 

Unfortunately, this is a non-refundable event.

Make sure to bring your printed or Digital ticket as it is required for entry to this event.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This event is subject to high levels of sound, flashing lights and strobing. Contenders Events are filmed and recorded for future company use and production. We also have photographers on site taking pictures. If you wish to opt out please let a member of staff know.
